Gates open at 1pm ET on Saturday, July 4th and fireworks will conclude around 11pm ET.
We recommend arriving early to allow time for entry, get settled, and explore the grounds before the music begins.
Stay up to date on all festival announcements, vendor info, and on-site amenities by signing up for notifications on the homepage. We'll send important updates leading up to the festival, including schedule releases, entry reminders, and information about what will be available on-site.

- Small clutch purses and fanny packs 6"x9" or smaller do not need to be clear but can have no more than one pocket
- All other bags larger than 6"x9" must be smaller than 12"x6"x12" and must be clear
- Hydration packs are allowed and do not need to be clear but must be emptied of all liquid and with no more than two main compartments
Lost and found can be located near the main entry gate.
Lockers will not be available to rent.
The festival is outdoors and will proceed rain or shine. Please dress appropriately. Some areas may become muddy.

Tickets & access
Yes, you may update your shipping address until June 5, 2026. No changes will be accepted after this date.
Please follow instructions HERE to change your shipping address. After this deadline, no changes will be allowed - no exceptions. If your order is misdelivered, it will be available for pickup at the festival box office. A valid ID will be required to pick-up your tickets at the festival box office.

Ticket transfers will become available starting June 12. Please check back in with us for instructions on how to do so. Please know that any ticket transfer will need to be picked by the recipient at the festival’s box office. Recipient must bring a valid ID to claim their ticket(s).
Yes! If you are outside of the US, you are able to purchase tickets to Stateside. Shipping is only available to ticket purchasers in US and Canada. If you are not based in the US or Canada, tickets must be picked up at the festival box office with a valid ID.
For all tickets bought before the cutoff date of June 12 at 12pm ET, the wristbands will be shipped to the purchaser's address linked to their Tixr account.
After the cutoff date, your tickets will be available at the festival box office. Make sure you bring your ID to claim your tickets.

All sales are final. No refunds. If you purchase from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.
- Only wristbands purchased through Tixr are valid
- Wristbands MUST be worn securely on the wrist and cannot be slipped on and off
- Wristbands must be scanned upon exit at the gate to re-enter the same day; you may re-enter up to 2 times per day
- Do NOT stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry
- Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff
- If your wristband is removed by Festival security/event staff for any reason, it WILL NOT be replaced

General Admission
The 1-Day General Admission Ticket gets you entry to Rolling Stone’s Stateside Festival for Saturday, July 4, 2026 and includes:
- Live music across 2 stages
- Access to a curated lineup of local food vendors
- Access to bars, concessions, official band and festival merch, free water stations, and specialty vendors throughout the grounds

parking & rideshare
Kingston is accessible by car (~2 hrs from NYC, 3.5 hrs from Boston, 1 hr from Albany, etc.), rideshare (limited), train (Amtrak to Rhinecliff or Poughkeepsie, or Metro-North to Poughkeepsie), or plane (closest airports: Albany, Newark, LaGuardia, JFK). Anyone who is staying at a hotel offered through statesidefest.com will be picked-up and dropped-off at their hotel via FREE shuttle bus.
Anyone who is NOT staying at a hotel offered through statesidefest.com must park in a designated lot in Kingston (location to be announced). A FREE shuttle bus will pick-up and drop-off at this lot and bring you to the festival grounds.
All rideshare must drop off at the designated lot in Kingston where a FREE shuttle bus will bring you to the festival grounds. After the show, the FREE shuttle bus will bring you back to the designated parking lot where you can order a rideshare for pickup.
All guests must park at the designated off-property lot in Kingston (location to be announced closer to festival date) and take the FREE the free shuttle to and from Hutton Brickyards.
Only guests who fall within these three categories may park at Hutton Brickyards:
1. VIP and Platinum guests who purchased on-property hotel stays at Hutton Brickyards
2. Guests who purchased the "Hertz Gold+ pass" (first come, first serve and must have proof of Hertz rental car purchase by June 1, 2026)
3. ADA Parking: Spaces are first come first serve. Must have a DMV-issued handicap hangtag, placard, or license plate.

Parking at the off-property lot in Kingston is included in your ticket purchase. The designated parking lot will be announced closer to the festival date. After parking within the designated lot, guests will take a FREE shuttle to Hutton Brickyards. The shuttle will then take you back to the designated lot after the festival.

Shuttles are free and will be doing pick-ups and drop-offs from the designated parking lot in Kingston.
Complimentary shuttles will also be doing pick-ups and drop-offs for guests staying at our partner hotels: Courtyard by Marriott Kingston, Holiday Inn Express Kingston, and Hotel Kinsley.

All rideshare must drop off at the designated lot in Kingston where a FREE shuttle bus will bring you to the festival grounds. After the show, the FREE shuttle bus will bring you back to the designated parking lot where you can order a rideshare for pick-up.
Festival Conduct & Safety
Stateside asks all guests to practice personal responsibility, look out for one another, respect the space, and help create a safe and welcoming festival environment. Please be observant, use the buddy system, and alert staff immediately if you see someone who needs help or encounter a dangerous situation. Please review our full code of conduct policy linked at the bottom of statesidefest.com.
Yes. Rolling Stone has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. If you feel harassed, threatened, or unsafe in any way, alert staff immediately.
Attendees and guests who violate festival policies may be ejected without refund and may also lose ticket privileges for future events.
Security and event staff will be located throughout the festival grounds to help guests.
If you need assistance and cannot find staff, go to the information booth or a medical area.

Children & Minors
Stateside is all ages.
Children under 2 are free to attend with an adult who has purchased a ticket.
Children and minors may attend, but supervision rules apply. Children under 9 years old must be accompanied at all times by a caregiver over the age of 14.
If a child under 12 is left unattended, festival staff will attempt to contact the parent or caregiver. If that is unsuccessful, the child may be considered abandoned and the Kingston Police Department may be contacted to place the child in temporary protective custody.

- Empty, refillable water bottles to fill at water stations
- Cameras (basic point-and-shoot consumer-grade cameras) without detachable lenses (monopods, selfie sticks, tripods, GoPro mounts, and other attachments are not allowed)
- Personal-sized hand sanitizer (3.4 ounces or less)
- Portable battery packs for cell phones
- Personal misting fans with bottle no larger than 1.5L (must be empty upon entry)
- Prescription medications in original pharmacy-labeled containers stating the prescription, dosage, and patient name (ID required) — present to medical staff at gate entrance
- Over-the-counter medications in sufficient supply for the day
- Camping, folding, and stand-alone chairs; portable chairs and seats approved for persons with accessibility needs
- Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited unless in a doctor-prescribed inhaler
Yes. Empty, refillable water bottles are allowed for use at the festival water station.

Yes. Basic point-and-shoot consumer cameras are allowed as long as they do not have detachable lenses or accessories such as monopods, selfie sticks, tripods, GoPro mounts, or similar attachments.
Yes. Camping, folding, and stand-alone chairs are permitted, along with portable chairs and seats approved for guests with accessibility issues.
Registered service dogs assisting guests with disabilities are allowed.
They must remain on leash and under the owner’s control at all times. Owners must immediately clean up and properly dispose of animal waste. Barking or disruptive dogs and their owners may be asked to leave.

- Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, etc.
- Weapons or explosives of any kind
- Fireworks of any variety
- Large chains or spiked jewelry

Any prescription medicines or special dietary medications must be reported at the entry gate during the security search. Please see allowed items policy for more information.
Stateside is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible experience for all guests. The property offers ADA-compliant accommodations and accessible public areas where feasible. Due to the historic nature and expansive outdoor landscape of the resort, certain areas may present accessibility limitations.
ADA parking can be requested when purchasing your ticket. A state-issued, valid placard or license plate displaying the international symbol of access must be present on the vehicle upon arrival.

Accessible Viewing Area: Accessible viewing areas will be available for both stages.
A companion is welcome but all show attendees must purchase a festival ticket to enter the venue.
Stateside is wheelchair accessible but is a large venue with great distances between activities and attractions. It is outdoors and across city streets and pathways. Some travel is over natural terrain and terrain designed for motor vehicles. If it should rain, there could be mud.
Stateside does not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service of any kind or wheelchairs for rent or loan. Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed only for use by patrons in need of mobility accommodations. For safety reasons, requests to use other power-driven mobility devices will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Powered wheelchairs may also be charged at the Access Center. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit.
